Job Description: In this field-based role, you will be responsible for providing maintenance, repairs, and technical support for a range of medical devices and surgical equipment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and performance of equipment that directly impacts patient care. **Key Responsibilities** + **Repair, service, and test** Stryker's electronic and mechanical devices to manufacturer and regulatory standards. + Deliver **preventive maintenance, calibrations, and annual checks** on equipment in hospitals and clinical settings. + **Install systems** and complete **hardware and software upgrades** at customer sites. + **Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly** , ensuring minimal disruption to clinicians. + Partner with Customer Service to keep workflows smooth and customer expectations met. + **Document all service activities** accurately for compliance and full traceability. + Support internal teams and customers with **technical advice and training** .
