Join our team as the expert you are now and create your future. We are seeking a seasoned Oracle FCCS Manager to spearhead our financial consolidation and close cloud initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with deep expertise in Oracle FCCS and a proven track record of successful end-to-end implementations. This role demands strong functional and technical knowledge, leadership capabilities, and the ability to collaborate across finance and IT teams. **Requirements :** + Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle FCCS solutions + Manage end-to-end FCCS implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, training, and go-live support + Collaborate with finance stakeholders to optimize consolidation, close, and reporting processes + Translate business requirements into FCCS configurations and integrations + Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/INDAS) and internal controls + Provide support and continuous improvement recommendations + Mentor junior team members and guide cross-functional teams during project execution + Coordinate with Oracle support and vendors for issue resolution and enhancements. + Deep understanding of financial consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and currency translation + Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM suite (FCCS, ARCS, TRCS, etc.)
