**Team Leader- Facility Maintenance** **Job Description** 1. Maintenance and troubleshooting of plant Facilities, Utilities & Building equipment- 2. Experience in Maintenance and troubleshooting of applicable machines including HVAC, HT-LT Electrical installation, MHE's, Exhaust & Ventilation systems, ETP-STP, building task. 3. Projects contribution, Support & execution, Understanding of Drawings 4. Maintaining & contributing for Safety standards, Statutory Requirement, validation 5. Spare management **Qualifications** Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering (6 - 9 Yrs Exp), Work in shifts flexibly as job demands Added advantage if Electrical Supervisor License Holder **Additional Information** 1) Comply with company safety guidelines and procedures and customer regulations and policies. Maintaining the safety culture & Awareness on Safety work practices 2) Ensuring personal, team & functional requirements towards safety are followed & met referring to all applicable standards . 3) Maintenance management and troubleshooting of plant Facilities, Utilities & Building equipment, (HVAC, DG, ETP, STP, Chillers, Cooling Towers, UPS, Transformers, Power Systems, Fire Protection Systems, Lighting, Building & Infrastructure)& its accessories 4) Power system & power cabinets, Power Distribution cabinets, High & low voltage components & circuits, Busbar Trunk, System Controls & Motors with speed reducers.



Electrical System & its wiring at various voltages 5) Projects contribution, Support & execution, Understanding of Drawings 6) Maintaining & contributing for Safety standards, Statutory Requirement, validation & ensuring meeting required Quality Standards in day to day activity. Audit Documentation, Audit Management (Interna l /External) Documentation & Calibration Compliance, Government Liaison & Approvals. QMS / IATF & Statutory Compliance (PESO, Electrical, DISH) Audit Readiness 7) Planning spares, Spare receipt, Spare Handling & consumption record keeping. Monitoring spares inventory, Budgeting, Cost Optimization & Cost Control by Localization & Cost Saving 8) KPI Tracking / Monitoring (MTTR, MTBF, OEE) by ensuring Equipment Uptime 9) Data Collection & Reporting Maintenance Records & Logs 10) Installation / Upgrade Projects, Continuous Improvement / Kaizen, TPM, 5S Implementation 11) Energy Optimization OR Saving Projects, Industry 4.0 / Smart Factory Initiatives, 12) Vendor & AMC Management 13) Shift Manpower Planning Ready to drive with Continental?
