- Proven Carve-Out Experience: Direct experience working on corporate demergers, spin-offs, or complex cloud-to-cloud migrations is highly critical for this role.
- Advanced Infrastructure as Code: Expert-level proficiency with Terraform (structuring multi-account workspaces, module registries, and state management).
- CI/CD Mastery: Deep experience setting up and securing self-hosted runners, secret management systems (AWS Secrets Manager, HashiCorp Vault), and isolation boundaries within deployment pipelines.
- Regulated Environment Background: Prior experience in MedTech, Biotech, Healthcare, or Pharmaceuticals.
Understanding how to validate infrastructure under change-control protocols and GxP standards.
- Solid Scripting/Coding: Proficiency in Python, Bash, or Go for custom migration scripting and automation tooling.
