This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required. Proficiency in English is a must. **Responsibilities** + Lead the design and implementation of data warehousing solutions to meet business requirements. + Oversee the development and maintenance of ETL processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy. + Provide technical expertise in SQL and Unix Shell Scripting to optimize data processing workflows. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data from various sources using IBM Infosphere Datastage. + Develop and maintain PL/SQL scripts to support data integration and transformation tasks. + Ensure the scheduling and execution of data processing jobs are performed efficiently and reliably. + Monitor and troubleshoot data warehousing systems to ensure optimal performance and availability. + Implement best practices for data management and governance to maintain high data quality standards. + Conduct regular reviews and updates of data warehousing solutions to align with evolving business needs. + Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to foster their technical growth. + Engage with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs. + Document technical specifications and processes to ensure explicit communication and knowledge sharing.
