It's a fast-moving environment where no two days are the same, and where you'll be supported to build your skills, grow your career and make a real impact. **About the role:** **Key Responsibilities** + Prepare monthly plant MIS, cost reports, and variance analysis. + Monitor manufacturing costs and identify cost optimization opportunities. + Prepare annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and financial projections. + Review production, material consumption, and inventory reconciliation. + Ensure timely month-end and year-end financial closing. + Monitor fixed and variable overheads and drive cost reduction initiatives. + Manage capital expenditure (Capex), CWIP, asset capitalization, and depreciation. + Support internal, statutory, and cost audits. + Ensure compliance with financial controls, SOPs, and company policies. + Partner with production, supply chain, engineering, and procurement teams to improve plant efficiency. + Track productivity savings and monitor project financial perks. + Prepare business cases for capital investments and cost-saving initiatives. + Statutory compliance related to plant finance. + CARM control applicable to unit.
