**Job Description** + Manage and support Oracle database environments including 11g, 12c, and multitenant architectures. + Perform advanced **performance tuning** at query, database, and memory levels to ensure optimal system performance. + Implement and manage **high availability solutions** such as RAC, Data Guard, ASM, and Exadata. + Configure and maintain **Oracle GoldenGate** , including high availability setups. + Execute **backup and recovery strategies** ensuring data integrity and minimal downtime. + Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, including escalations, with strong troubleshooting methodologies. + Collaborate with Oracle Development and Support teams to resolve critical customer issues. + Identify and recommend **proactive improvements** to enhance system performance, stability, and security. **Responsibilities** + 10+ years of experience as an Oracle DBA / Consultant / Support Engineer. + Robust expertise in **Oracle Database (11g/12c)** and core DBA functions. + Deep knowledge of **performance tuning** (SQL/query tuning, DB tuning, memory tuning). + Hands-on experience with **Oracle RAC, ASM, Data Guard, Exadata, and Backup & Recovery** . + Working knowledge of **Oracle Multitenant architecture** . + Experience implementing **high availability solutions** . + Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. + Ability to manage **escalated technical situations** and drive resolution plans. + Willingness to work in a **24x7 support environment** .
