Explore our businesses: https://www.honeywellaerospace.com **Key Responsibilities** + Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure software systems. + Lead the integration and customization of Atlassian tools to support agile development and DevOps practices. + Automate workflows, reporting, and dashboards in DevSecOps tools to improve team productivity. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. + Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews and best practices. + Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across the software stack. + Stay current with emerging technologies like AI and MLOps and recommend improvements to existing systems. **Qualifications** **You Must Have** + Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics. + 7+ years of software development experience with strong proficiency in DevOps. + Proven experience with DevSecOps tools including Jira (administration and scripting), Confluence, GitHub, and other CI/CD tools. + Strong communication and collaboration skills. **We Value** + Experience with REST APIs, scripting (e.g., Groovy, Shell), and plugin development for Atlassian tools. + Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines. + Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. + Exposure to AI code assistants such as GitHub Copilot.
