The role involves working closely with the **Chief Operating Officer (COO)** to anchor and monitor cross-functional initiatives and contribute to strategic decision-making across Emerging Markets and other key areas. **Key responsibilities:** + **Strategic Support to COO** : Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of business strategies and initiatives across Emerging Markets and other focus areas as required. + **Planning & Budgeting** : Collaborate with countries, functions, and business units to support the annual planning and budgeting process, and provide analytical and coordination support for quarterly review meetings. + **Business Transformation** : Provide support in the implementation of transformation initiatives across geographies and functions, aligned with evolving business needs. + **Special Projects** : Lead and execute critical,
