Role Summary The CI Specialist supports execution of improvement programs within GBS Finance by applying structured problem-solving and Lean/Six Sigma tools. The role focuses on delivering measurable improvements at process level and supporting transformation initiatives along with CI Lead. **Role-Level Expectations** + Deliver assigned improvement initiatives within defined scope and timelines + Apply standard CI tools and methodologies effectively in project execution + Analyze data and generate insights to support decision-making + Collaborate with finance operations teams to implement improvements + Continuously build functional and CI capability **Key Responsibilities** + Perform detailed process mapping and data analysis to understand current-state performance + Support identify root causes of inefficiencies using structured problem-solving tools such as 5 Whys and Fishbone analysis + Support execution of Lean/Six Sigma projects, including DMAIC phases under supervision + Identify and quantify improvement opportunities related to productivity, quality,



and cycle time + Support implementation of standardized processes and documentation of best practices + Track and report project performance metrics and perks realization + Collaborate with GBS finance teams to drive adoption of process changes + Prepare analysis and presentations for project reviews and stakeholder updates + Support CI training sessions and capability-building initiatives + Ensure adherence to governance and project management standards **Qualifications** + 8-10 years of experience in process improvement, operations, or transformation roles + Six Sigma Black Belt (preferred) with practical experience + Exposure to finance processes (P2P, FPA, R2R) is preferred + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Honeywell helps organizations solve the world's most complex challenges in automation, the future of aviation and energy transition.
