Process and EHS + Capability to handle unionised employees and ER situations + Good people leader and having good interpersonal skills **Reports (Generation, Circulation and Analysis)** + Daily Plant Performance KPIs and MIS + Weekly Enhancements on Material Usage Variance + RM Test reports + FG Test reports + EHS Portal Update + SAP - Inbound, Production and Outbound (RM/PM/FG) + Periodic Quality KPIs Performance report **Education / Certifications:** Engineering (Mechanical / Electronics & Instrumentation /Electrical / Degree in Engineering) as applied to manufacturing operations in food processing, chemical, electrical and mechanical operations. **Job specific requirements:** Desirable blend of experience for 5-8 Years in Production role.
