+ Co-ordinate with global engineering and project management team for ensuring best practices/ business development support. **RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES** + Execute new site start ups + Drive operational improvement projects (productivity, OEE, efficiency) + Lead innovation to develop recent asset solutions + Handling Oracle ERP system functioning and BI monitoring reports for Plant & Equipment dept. for continuous improvement + Drive continuous improvements in all the sites of Harsco India. + Review and advise the Regional Ops Director on all aspects of the maintenance budget for the region + Monitor equipment effectiveness, availability and condition + Ensure all mobile assets, new and existing are in place and can be utilised fully and profitably as required in the local businesses. **KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS** + Reporting to the Ops Director + Working closely with all site managers, asset managers and operations managers + Liaise with procurement and commercial for estimation /bidding **Essential** + Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering/ metallurgical Engineering + 15 - 17 years of broad cross-functional experience in the metals industry + Work experience in maintenance, operations,
