Job Title: Team Manager - Six Sigma Professional for Process Excellence Team Domain: Finance and Accounts Location: Hyderabad / Chennai Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Manager with a strong background in Six Sigma methodologies and a proven track record in F&A; domain. The candidate will be responsible for finance and accounts team to drive process improvement initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and the ability to implement cutting-edge solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Utilize AI, Automation & Six Sigma methodologies to identify, analyze, and implement process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and improving customer experience. Oversee the development and execution of strategic plans for process improvement projects, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes. Collaborate with ops teams to drive continuous improvement efforts. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and ensure alignment with business objectives. Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.



Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) is required. Proven experience in managing teams, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of successfully implementing process improvement initiatives. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in using process improvement tools and software, such as Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, and other relevant methodologies. Preferred Skills: Experience in project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
