About the Role
We’re seeking a dynamic, data-driven SEO Specialist with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in driving organic growth. This role demands not just technical expertise but also strategic foresight, analytical thinking, and a passion for elevating brands in the digital ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will be someone who doesn’t just optimise, they strategise, innovates, and dominates SERPs.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.

- Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and market analysis to identify opportunities for organic growth.

- Optimise on-page, off-page, and technical SEO elements from site architecture to content structure.

- Oversee content optimisation and collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO best practices across blogs, landing pages, and website assets.

- Manage link-building and outreach strategies to enhance domain authority.

- Use analytical tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs) to monitor performance and generate actionable insights.

- Drive local SEO strategies and manage listings across Google My Business and other directories.





- Work with developers to ensure SEO-friendly site structure, schema markup, and page speed optimisation.

- Track, measure, and report KPIs from organic traffic and rankings to lead quality and conversions.

- Stay updated with algorithm changes, emerging SEO trends, and evolving best practices.

- Collaborate with performance and creative teams for an integrated marketing approach.

Key Skills & Competencies

- Proven track record in growing organic traffic and ranking competitive keywords.

- Deep knowledge of Google algorithms, keyword intent, and search behaviour.

- Expertise in SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.

- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and website architecture.

- Experience with PHP/WordPress.

- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate insights into long-term plans.

- Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

- Solid collaboration and project management abilities.

- Creative flair for content optimisation and storytelling with SEO intent.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Experience working in the interior, design, or lifestyle industry is a plus.
