+ **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** - Generate innovative ideas, develop concepts, and design new products as well as improvements to existing products- Perform engineering calculations and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T;) stack-up analysis- Apply core engineering principles to solve design and development challenges- Provide CAD support using Solid Edge or SolidWorks for current product development and sustaining activities- Drive cost optimization and product quality improvement initiatives- Apply design for manufacturability and assembly (DFMA) principles in product development- Execute engineering change requests and engineering change notes efficiently and accurately- Support the development, testing, and evaluation of functional prototypes- Create and manage costed bills of materials (BOM) and use PLM tools such as Teamcenter- Prioritize tasks effectively to meet project timelines and customer expectations- Communicate clearly with internal teams and global stakeholders + **Who You Are:** You build strong partnerships and collaborate effectively across functions and geographies.
