**Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Architect with 9 to 12 years of expertise in DevOps Maven Spring Boot GIT and Core Java along with a strong background in the Cards and Payments domain. The role involves designing scalable solutions optimizing workflows and ensuring seamless integration in a hybrid work model during day shifts. **Responsibilities** + Design and implement scalable and efficient architecture solutions tailored to the Cards and Payments domain ensuring alignment with business objectives. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications and actionable plans. + Develop and maintain robust systems using Core Java Spring Boot and Maven ensuring high performance and reliability. + Oversee the integration of DevOps practices to streamline development deployment and monitoring processes. + Manage version control and code repositories using GIT ensuring consistency and traceability across development cycles. + Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. + Conduct thorough testing and validation of systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and security protocols. + Optimize workflows and processes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce development cycle times. + Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within the Cards and Payments domain. + Monitor system performance and proactively address issues to minimize downtime and ensure seamless user experiences. + Document architectural designs workflows and processes to maintain transparency and facilitate knowledge sharing.
