**Key Responsibilities** + **Solution Design & Configuration:** Design, configure, and implement SAP EM solutions to track and monitor business processes. + **Process Tracking:** Configure Expected Events, Unexpected Events, and Event Processors to automate alerts and actions. + **Integration:** Integrate SAP EM with other SAP modules (SAP S/4HANA, TM, WM, GTS) and external, non-SAP systems using RFCs, IDOCs, and XML/PI. + **Rule Set Management:** Develop and manage Event Handlers, Rule Sets, and Web Interface functionalities. + **Data Analysis:** Perform data mapping, migration, and ensure data integrity within the SAP EM landscape. + **Support & Documentation:** Provide functional/technical support, troubleshoot, and create functional specifications and test plans.



**Qualifications & Skills** + **Experience:** Proven experience as an SAP Event Management Consultant or Specialist. + **SAP Technical Knowledge:** Solid knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM), and related modules. + **Technical Skills:** Experience with RFCs, IDOCs, BAPI, and XML. + **Functional Skills:** Expertise in supply chain visibility, event monitoring, and exception management. + **Communication:** Excellent collaboration skills to work with business users and technical teams. **Key Objectives** + Provide real-time end-to-end business process visibility. + Automate detection of deviations and reactions to events. + Optimize supply chain efficiency and performance.
