Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Create detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
Facilitate effective communication and manage relationships with various stakeholders.
Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired business processes.




Provide support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases.
Develop and maintain process maps to optimize workflows.
Utilize strong communication skills to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Proven experience in Business Requirement Gathering, BRD/FRD Documentation, Stakeholder Management, Gap Analysis, UAT Support, and Process Mapping.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in the Aviation Industry is preferred.
