Job Purpose:

Responsible for distribution, documentation management post disbursement of loans, and stakeholder relationship.

Job Responsibilities:

Business Numbers: Achieve targeted business volume at given WIRR and CoA, meeting individual targets for all verticals.

Distribution: Maintain a proper distribution mix (Dealer, DSA, Branch, ADC) for channel mix and COA advantage; achieve agreed business growth and cost advantage from recent geographies; maintain agreed market share.

PDD Management: Keep PDDs outstanding post 90 days of disbursement within set benchmarks.





Relationship: Conduct timely visits and maintain healthy relationships with DSA / DDSA / Zonal Heads and Regional OEM offices.

Third-party Income: Achieve targeted Insurance revenue, DSC collection, FD, CASA, and CC sourcing month on month.

Others: Ensure the team is motivated and trained (Human Resource); maintain BDR benchmark productivity of the region (Productivity).
