Randstad Enterprise is hiring for the role of Data Analyst!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
Oversee global SCM master data in SAP/ERP following strict MDG standards, policies, and workflows.
Perform regular clean-ups, validations, and root-cause analyses to resolve duplicates and inconsistencies.
Track data quality metrics, automate manual maintenance processes, and streamline data workflows.
Support data migrations, system testing, post-go-live operations, and SOP documentation.
Requirements:
Minimum 85% / 8.5+ CGPA in UG and PG.
B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, OR MBA / Masters in Operations, Supply Chain, or Industrial Mgt. (if UG is non-technical).
Hands-on SAP / ERP experience + Advanced Excel.
Robust mathematical, logical, and data validation skills.
Target Industry: Semiconductor or Automotive preferred (Pure IT Services/Software profiles will be rejected).
