Job Description

We are looking for a Membership Coordinator Intern to manage the end-to-end membership process. The role includes calling prospective and existing members, coordinating memberships, assisting with registrations and renewals, and ensuring a smooth member experience.

Key Responsibilities
Call prospective and existing members regarding memberships.
Assist with recent memberships, renewals, and upgrades.
Coordinate documentation and payment follow-ups.
Explain membership plans, perks, and ongoing offers.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with relevant departments.
Maintain membership records in the CRM.
Prepare daily activity and membership reports.
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the membership journey.

Requirements
Graduate or pursuing graduation.
Robust communication and customer service skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to multitask and manage follow-ups.
Confident in handling customer interactions over the phone.
