Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Project Manager for a residential high-rise construction project in Kanpur.

The role involves leading end-to-end project execution, managing consultants and contractors, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery, and driving project completion as per approved schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead execution of residential high-rise construction projects.
Manage project planning, execution, and site operations.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
Monitor project timelines, quality, safety, and budgets.
Oversee Mivan Shuttering execution and construction activities.
Resolve project challenges and ensure timely delivery.
Prepare project progress reports and review project milestones.

Requirements
B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
Extensive experience in residential high-rise construction.
Must have executed projects of 20 floors or above.




Hands-on experience with Mivan formwork technology.
Robust experience managing consultants, contractors, and project schedules.
Excellent leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Requirements
Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Advanced Excel.
