Job Requirements
Proven experience as a trainer or in a related field, preferably in the CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO industry.
Solid knowledge of international business operations and processes.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs.
Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
