Job Requirements
Proven experience as a Process Trainer in a domestic setting.
Solid understanding of CRM/IT enabled services/BPO operations and processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to design and deliver engaging training content.
Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
