Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Direct Sales Specialist to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and building long-term relationships. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, confident in meeting potential clients, and capable of promoting our IT services and software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through field sales, networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
Meet prospective clients to understand their business requirements and present suitable IT solutions.
Promote Nogiz's software development, mobile app, web development, UI/UX, and digital marketing services.
Conduct product presentations, client meetings, and follow-up discussions.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities in the CRM.




Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in direct sales, B2B sales, field sales, or IT service sales.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong lead generation and client relationship management abilities.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Willingness to travel for client meetings.
