Summary:
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, your day revolves around serving as the primary liaison between clients and the application or system in use. You dedicate your efforts to maintaining high-quality service by effectively communicating with clients and internal teams.

Your role involves understanding client concerns thoroughly, diagnosing issues accurately, and collaborating to design appropriate solutions. This position requires a proactive approach to ensure the smooth operation of world-class systems, fostering robust client relationships through consistent and explicit communication.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.




Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and client satisfaction.
Document and share knowledge gained from client interactions to support continuous improvement.
Assist junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management.
Robust troubleshooting skills related to desktop environments and application support.
Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize issues based on impact and urgency.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management.
This position is based at our Gurugram office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
