Overview
This is not a back-office role. You’ll own ITR filings end-to-end, work directly with clients, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks. We’re looking for someone who understands tax, communicates clearly, and operates with precision under deadlines.
Responsibilities
● Own and execute ITR filings with complete accuracy● Work confidently across different ITR forms
● Apply tax fundamentals (deductions, capital gains, salary, etc.) in real scenarios
● Handle client communication via calls and WhatsApp
● Manage multiple filings and timelines without errors
RequirementsSkills
● Strong, hands-on ITR filing knowledge (non-negotiable)
● Clear understanding of Income Tax fundamentals
● Good client communication and ownership mindset
● High attention to detail — you don’t miss things
● Ability to handle multiple deadlines calmly
Qualifications
● 2+ years of experience in tax/compliance roles ● CA Final/ Inter or has done articleship
● Background in finance or taxation
● Experience in a CA firm or tax consultancy is a robust plus
● Exposure to GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) is good to have
