Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Civil Site Engineer to manage and supervise the installation of modular roofing systems for industrial, commercial, and residential projects. The ideal candidate will ensure quality execution, timely project completion, adherence to safety standards, and effective coordination with clients, contractors, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Supervise in office installation of modular roofing products. Plan, execute, and monitor daily site activities. Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, consultants, and project teams. Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Conduct site measurements and prepare material requirements. Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion. Inspect workmanship and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports. Resolve on-site technical issues and provide engineering solutions. Verify bills, measurements, and work completion records. Coordinate with the manufacturing and logistics teams for timely material delivery. Ensure proper utilization of manpower, equipment,



and materials. Attend client meetings and provide project updates. Required Skills Strong knowledge of civil construction and steel/modular roofing installation. Ability to read and interpret civil, structural, and fabrication drawings. Good understanding of project execution and site management. Knowledge of quality control and construction safety practices. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and AutoCAD. Willingness to travel extensively to project sites. Qualification Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. 2–5 years of site execution experience in industrial sheds, PEB structures, roofing, or construction projects. Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply. Preferred Experience Experience in modular roofing systems, PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings), metal roofing, industrial sheds, warehouses, factories, commercial buildings, or residential roofing projects will be an added advantage.
