*Salesforce Agentforce Architect** **Offshore** ### Responsibilities: ? Define and own the overall architecture, strategy, and roadmap for Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI, Data Cloud, and enterprise Salesforce implementations. ? Lead architecture discussions with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, product owners, and technical teams to align AI-powered solutions with business objectives. ? Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Agentforce solutions leveraging Agent Builder, Prompt Builder, Copilot Actions, Data Cloud, Einstein AI, and Salesforce platform capabilities. ? Architect intelligent agents, conversation flows, topics, actions, prompts, and knowledge-driven experiences to automate business processes and enhance customer and employee engagement. ? Establish architecture standards, governance frameworks, design principles, and best practices for Agentforce and Generative AI implementations. ? Define enterprise integration architectures between Salesforce, Data Cloud, Agentforce, external applications, middleware platforms, and AI services. ? Evaluate and recommend AI, Data Cloud, and Salesforce platform capabilities to address business challenges and drive digital transformation initiatives. ? Lead solution design reviews, architecture governance boards, and technical assessments across multiple projects and programs. ? Ensure scalability, performance, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices are embedded into all solution designs. ? Provide technical leadership and mentorship to solution architects, technical leads, developers, and project teams.



? Collaborate with business and technology leadership to define long-term Salesforce and AI adoption strategies. ? Drive innovation by identifying emerging Salesforce AI capabilities and recommending adoption opportunities. ? Support estimation, solution proposals, RFP responses, architecture documentation, and executive-level presentations. --- ### Qualifications: #### Required Skills / Qualifications: ? 10+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, design, and implementation. ? 3+ years of experience leading enterprise Salesforce architecture initiatives. ? Proven experience architecting large-scale Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds and business domains. ? Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI, Prompt Builder, Agent Builder, Copilot Actions, and Generative AI capabilities. ? Deep expertise in Salesforce platform architecture, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Integration Patterns, Data Modeling, and Security Architecture. ? Experience designing enterprise AI and Data Cloud solutions leveraging customer data, knowledge, automation, and conversational AI. ? Strong understanding of Salesforce Well-Architected Framework, Enterprise Integration Patterns,



and scalable cloud architectures. ? Experience designing integrations using APIs, MuleSoft, Platform Events, Event-Driven Architecture, and External Services. ? Expertise in Salesforce security architecture including Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Models, Data Governance, and Compliance standards. ? Ability to engage with executive stakeholders and translate business strategy into technology roadmaps. --- ### Preferred: ? Salesforce Certified Application Architect. ? Salesforce Certified System Architect. ? Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or CTA Candidate. ? Salesforce AI Specialist Certification and/or Agentforce Specialist Certification. ? Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant Certification. ? Experience implementing Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein GPT, Agentforce, and enterprise AI solutions. ? Strong knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Governance, and Responsible AI frameworks. ? Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Industry Clouds. ? Experience with enterprise integration platforms such as MuleSoft and API-led connectivity. ? Experience defining Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE), governance models, and enterprise architecture standards. ? Robust consulting, stakeholder management, pre-sales, solutioning, and client advisory skills. ? Experience leading global delivery teams and multi-million-dollar Salesforce transformation programs.
