The ideal candidate will support the planning & implementation of HR initiatives - Performance Evaluation, Competency Mapping, Learning & Development, Rewards & Recognition, Job redesign etc. across multiple plants in the Group. He/She will report functionally to CHRO at Head Office.
Qualifications & Experienc
MBA in HR
5+ years experience in Development HR
Experience in PMS, L&D;, OD in any manufacturing organization
Robust organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
Attention to detail and positive judgement
