JOB DESCRIPTION:
Accounting: Valuable knowledge of accounting and reading financial statements.
Financial Modeling: Well experienced in working with Microsoft Excel and building business valuation models.
The candidate shall be assisting the Business Advisory team on the following Financial advisory and Valuation assignments:
Corporate transactions like Mergers & Acquisitions, Joint ventures etc.
On various regulatory matters which include FEMA, Transfer pricing etc.
Provide assistance in fund raising activities
Assess fair market value of intangibles such as brand value, customer contracts, patents, research and development, customer relations, and other such intangibles.
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:Essential
Chartered Accountant / MBA
Financial analysis skills
Aware of valuation basics
Positive to have
0.5 - 1 year experience in Valuation
CFA Level I or II appeared
