Key Responsibilities
Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn X-Ray Search, job boards, GitHub, Stack Overflow, social media, and qualified communities.
Build talent pipelines for future hiring.
Conduct market mapping and talent research.
Verify candidate availability and interest.
Obtain Right to Represent (RTR) before submission.
Maintain accurate sourcing records.
Submit qualified candidates through the Sadient Partner Portal.

Requirements

Requirements
Experience sourcing candidates across one or more industries.
Strong Boolean Search skills.
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing platforms.
Ability to identify high-quality candidates quickly.
Robust written and verbal communication.

Sourcing Partner Responsibilities

Requirements
