Job Description

• Conduct initial assessments to understand client wellness needs and aspirations.

• Develop personalized wellness plans encompassing nutrition, fitness, stress management, and lifestyle modifications.

• Provide ongoing coaching, motivation, and support to clients through individual and group sessions.

• Educate clients on various wellness topics, promoting informed decision-making and self-efficacy.

• Monitor client progress, adjust plans as necessary, and celebrate achievements to foster continued engagement.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of fundamental wellness principles, including healthy eating, physical activity, and stress reduction techniques.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to empathize and build rapport.

• Proven ability to motivate and inspire individuals towards positive behavioral changes.

• Proficient in using basic office software and comfortable with data entry for client tracking.

Qualifications

• Internship or volunteer experience in a health coaching, fitness, or wellness-related setting.

• Familiarity with local health and wellness resources in Bangalore

• Basic knowledge of motivational interviewing techniques.

• Fluency in English and local languages (e.g., Kannada, Hindi) is advantageous.
