Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all HR policies and regulations.
Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skill sets and boost productivity.
Handle payroll and perks administration, including processing timesheets and resolving employee queries.
Assist in performance management processes, including conducting evaluations and providing feedback to employees.
Collaborate with management to address employee relations issues and promote a positive work culture.
Support HR projects and initiatives to drive organizational growth and development.
