Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their skilled growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Success Factors Employee Central.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on root cause analysis.
Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level human resource management systems.
Ability to work with system logs, error messages, and diagnostic tools to identify issues.
Good communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with system integration points and data flow within business applications.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Success Factors Employee Central.
This position is based at our Gurugram office.
