About the job
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day business operations and administrative activities.
Update and maintain POS systems with accurate information.
Prepare operational reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.
Handle customer queries and resolve complaints promptly.
Maintain operational records and documentation.
Prepare emails, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
Follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements.
Support leadership with operational planning and execution.
Ensure high standards of organization, accuracy, and professionalism.
Contribute to improving customer experience through productive operations.

Earn certifications in these skills
Other requirements
Graduate with 0–3 years of experience or internship.
