About the Role

We're looking for a results-driven Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead high-impact paid media campaigns across multiple D2C brands. If you're someone who thrives on scaling ad accounts, optimising ROAS, and driving measurable business growth, we'd love to hear from you.

Agency experience and D2C brand experience are both mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.
Manage end-to-end performance marketing strategies for multiple D2C clients.
Scale campaigns while maintaining profitable CAC and improving ROAS.
Analyse campaign performance and implement data-driven optimisation strategies.
Work closely with creative, content, and account management teams to improve campaign performance.
Build audience strategies, retargeting funnels, and customer acquisition campaigns.
Monitor budgets, pacing, and campaign profitability.




Prepare performance reports with actionable insights for internal teams and clients.
Stay updated with the latest platform updates, industry trends, and best practices.
Mentor and guide junior performance marketers.

Requirements
5–8 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
Mandatory experience working in a digital marketing agency.
Mandatory experience managing D2C/eCommerce brands.
Robust expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Proven track record of scaling campaigns with robust ROAS and revenue growth.
Excellent understanding of attribution, conversion tracking, GA4, and analytics.
Experience with Shopify, pixels, events, and conversion APIs is preferred.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
