Operations Intern — Creative QC

Stipend: Up to ₹20,000/month

About the Role

We're looking for a detail-obsessed Operations Intern to be the final quality check before our videos and creatives go live. You'll be the last set of eyes on everything that ships — catching errors, flagging inconsistencies, and making sure every asset meets the bar before it reaches an audience.

If you have a good design eye, notice the small things others miss, and like the idea of being the gatekeeper of quality, this role is for you.

What You'll Do
Review videos and creatives before they go live — checking for errors, inconsistencies, and quality issues
Verify that assets follow brand guidelines, correct dimensions, formats, and specifications
Catch design flaws — alignment, typos, color issues, low-resolution elements, and similar mistakes
Maintain QC checklists and ensure nothing ships without sign-off




Coordinate with design and content teams to get fixes turned around quickly
Keep trackers and documentation updated so the team always knows what's approved and what's pending
Flag recurring issues so processes can be improved over time

What We're Looking For
Working knowledge of design — you understand layout, typography, color, and composition well enough to spot what's wrong
A sharp eye for detail; you naturally notice things that look off
Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Figma, or similar) is a strong plus
Comfortable with video and creative formats across platforms
Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple assets in a quick-moving pipeline
Clear communicator who can give precise, actionable feedback
Students or recent graduates welcome
