Key Responsibilities
Responsible for overall operation and maintenance of HT/LT electrical systems in the coal washery plant.
Supervise preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of motors, MCCs, PCCs, VFDs, DG sets, and power distribution systems.
Ensure uninterrupted operation of conveyors, crushers, screens, pumps, feeders, and other coal handling equipment.
Monitor and troubleshoot PLC, Instrumentation, and automation systems.
Coordinate and planning with production, mechanical, and operations departments with management for smooth plant functioning.
Maintain electrical maintenance records, daily reports, equipment history, and spare parts inventory.
Supervise installation, commissioning, testing,



and commissioning of recent electrical equipment and plant expansion projects.
Ensure statutory compliance related to electrical installations and conduct regular safety audits.
Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production targets in line with business requirements.
Ensure smooth operation of the washery to achieve maximum through output.

Experience
810 years of experience in Coal Washery, Mining or related Industries preferred.
Experience in Monitor of PLC and Instrumentation systems for uninterrupted plant operation.
Candidates having Coal Washery experience will be preferred.
