About the Role
The Technical Trainer will play a crucial role in enhancing the skills of employees through effective training programs and workshops, ensuring they are well-prepared for their career advancement.
Responsibilities
Identify and assess the training needs of the organization through consultation with managers
Evaluate employee performance to gauge where skills are lacking
Design and conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, etc. to address skill gaps in employees
Translate needs into training that help groom the employees for the next levels of their career path
Monitor and provide feedback about employee performance and response to training
Understand the current Development, Deployment, and Monitoring processes inside the organization & impart process training
Work with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training
Supervise or develop the production of manuals,
instruction materials, aids, and classroom handouts
Support and mentor current employees
Stay up-to-date with the latest tools and trends in employee development
Qualifications
B.E. / B.Tech. / BCA / MCA / M.Tech.
3+ Years of Experience
Required Skills
Proven 3+ years of experience as a Technical Trainer or a Training Specialist or a similar role
Portfolio of conducting multiple training events in the corporate workplace
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Capability to present complex information in simple terms to a variety of participants
Understanding of learning principles and behavioral theories
Expertise to master the full training cycle
Proficiency in learning management software
Understanding of both conventional and up-to-date training tools, methods, and techniques
Knowledge of talent management and effective planning
Robust decision-making and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
Experience with various training methodologies
Familiarity with e-learning platforms
