We are looking for a passionate, creative, and guest-focused Female Mixologist to join our ultra-luxury hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails and mocktails, delivering personalized guest experiences, maintaining the highest standards of beverage quality, and contributing to an cutting-edge bar program.
Prepare and serve premium cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and other beverages as per standard recipes.
Create cutting-edge signature cocktails and seasonal beverage menus aligned with the resorts luxury standards.
Engage with guests professionally, understand their preferences, and recommend suitable beverages.
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of every drink served.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards.

Job Expectations:
Monitor bar inventory and coordinate with the Bar Manager for stock replenishment.
Ensure proper storage, handling,



and rotation of beverages and bar ingredients.
Maintain knowledge of premium spirits, wines, liqueurs, craft cocktails, and current beverage trends.
Promote and upsell premium beverages and bar experiences to maximize revenue.
Handle cash and POS transactions accurately, if required.

Minimum Qualification:

Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Food & Beverage Service, WSET, BarSmarts, or equivalent beverage certifications

Minimum Job Experience: 2 5 years of experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a luxury hotel, five-star resort
