Job Challenges: Ensure completion of high face value cases within the defined TAT.
Handle heavy workload within TATs during spikes

Key Result Areas KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters) Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters) KRA1 Approve sign off cases within ficial limits to ensure prudent selection of Risks 1. Underwrite cases provide appropriate decision with the available information on hand
Countersign cases within the specified ficial limits
Review discuss the underwriting decisions with superiors wherever necessary KRA2 "Monitor and maintain productivity at individual level help colleagues in achieving the productivity for team.




To maintain TATs for sourced business" 1. Keep regular check at the flow of work within the team ensure completion within TATs KRA3 Analyze branch queries resolve the same in order to maintain the best interests of the internal customers. ".
