Role Description The Legal Compliance Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for overseeing legal and regulatory compliance across Hub Hawks operations, with a focus on publishing, marketing, and digital services.
Day-to-day tasks include developing and maintaining compliance policies, monitoring adherence to applicable laws and regulations, and advising internal teams on legal requirements. The Legal Compliance Manager will review and prepare legal documents and contracts, manage risk assessments,



and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure ethical and compliant business practices.

The role also involves staying current with changes in relevant laws and regulations and conducting training or guidance for team members as needed.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Regulatory Compliance and Compliance Management.
Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Law and Legal Compliance in a business or publishing context.
Candidates should possess proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and maintaining legal and contractual documentation.
Relevant qualifications such as a law degree (LL.B or equivalent) and prior experience in corporate or publishing compliance are highly beneficial.
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to interpret complex regulations are important.
Effective communication skills, ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, and a high level of integrity and discretion are essential.
