Role: Business Systems Analyst (BSA)

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong business analysis, technical, and data analysis capabilities. The ideal candidate should have 7+ years of BSA/BA experience, solid expertise in SQL, data analysis, data mapping, APIs, and requirements analysis, and relevant experience in the Insurance /Annuities domain.

The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, engineering, QA, and architecture teams to translate business needs into effective technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
Translate requirements into clear user stories, functional specifications, and process flows.
Act as a bridge between business and technology teams to ensure alignment on scope, priorities, and outcomes.
Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Architecture teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Perform data analysis and data mapping across applications and systems.




Use advanced SQL for data analysis, validation, and problem-solving.
Analyze APIs, integrations, system flows, and technical designs.
Support UAT planning and execution, including test case reviews and defect triage.
Identify process gaps and recommend practical and scalable improvements.
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude Code to accelerate analysis, documentation, and solution design.
Deliver high-quality analysis and documentation in a fast-paced environment.
