Job Description

Required Qualifications :
15+ years in software engineering, with at least 3–5 years in leadership role
Proven track record of taking multiple products from zero to production at scale
Deep hands-on expertise in up-to-date backend stacks (Node.js / Python / Java / Go), API design, and microservices
Strong command of cloud infrastructure (AWS / Azure / GCP), Dev Ops, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD
Solid experience with both relational and NoSQL databases, plus data pipeline and warehousing concepts
Demonstrated experience building or integrating AI/ML or LLM-based features into production products
Experience hiring and scaling engineering teams from small to mid-size (10–50+ engineers)
Solid understanding of security best practices, application security,



and data privacy regulations
B. Tech / M. Tech / equivalent in Computer Science or a related field (Tier-1 institute preferred but not mandatory)

Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in HR Tech, SaaS, talent/recruitment platforms, or marketplace products
Experience in a startup or early-growth workplace with resource constraints
Exposure to enterprise B2B sales cycles and technical pre-sales support
Track record of building multi-tenant SaaS architecture
Experience with mobile application development (React Native / Flutter / native)
