Role Description
This is a full time, on-site role based in Coimbatore for a Field Services Engineer. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for providing in office support to clients, performing troubleshooting, conducting preventive maintenance,
and delivering technical assistance.
Additional responsibilities include addressing customer service requests and ensuring that all installations, repairs, and maintenance adhere to high-quality standards while maintaining strong client relationships.
Qualifications
Experience in Field Service and Preventive Maintenance to ensure proper installation and upkeep of equipment
Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to identify and resolve technical issues effectively
Ability to provide excellent Customer Service, address client concerns, and maintain professional communication
Good understanding of laboratory equipment and technologies
Technical diploma or degree in engineering or a related field is preferred
Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced workplace
