What You’ll Be Doin
g: Own the onboarding and implementation process for assigned customer account
s. Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the post-sales lifecycl
e. Build solid relationships with business and technical stakeholder
s. Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to resolve customer queries and implementation issue
s. Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and feature walkthrough
s. Drive product adoption by educating customers on platform capabilities and best practice
s. Monitor customer health, platform usage,



and engagement metric
s. Proactively identify risks and escalate concerns to internal teams when require
d. Support renewal conversations by ensuring customers realize value from the platfor
m. Identify opportunities for account growth through upselling and cross-sellin
g. Gather customer feedback and share insights with Product and Engineering team
s. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, action items, and implementation progress using CRM tool

What We're Looking
For2–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Client Success, Account Management, Technical Account Management, Implementation, Solutions Consulting, or Post-Sales Suppo
