Role Overview
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support our classroom and student operations. You'll ensure classes run smoothly, students stay on track, and day-to-day academic operations are executed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily classroom operations and schedules.
Track student attendance and maintain accurate records.
Follow up with students regarding attendance, assignments, and class updates.
Manage class WhatsApp groups and student communications.
Coordinate with trainers for class schedules, materials,
and operational needs.
Assist with onboarding current students and maintaining student records.
Support fee collection follow-ups and payment tracking.
Prepare and update operational reports using Excel and Google Sheets.
Resolve day-to-day student queries and escalate issues when required.
Assist in organizing workshops, assessments, and offline events.
Who Should Apply
Recent graduate or final-year student.
Robust communication skills in English (Hindi/Kannada is a plus).
Comfortable using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Highly organized with positive attention to detail.
Able to multitask and work in a rapid-paced environment.
Prior internship or operations experience is a bonus but not required.
