Role & responsibilities
Accounts & Finance Management:
Independently manage the entire Accounts and Finance functions. Ensuring accurate records, reconciliations, and reporting of mutual fund transactions.
Daily Operations:
Manage daily operations related to mutual fund accounting and fund management, including routine accounting tasks, cash flow tracking, and overseeing fund activities.
Financial Reporting & Audits:
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, finalization of accounts, and coordination of internal and statutory audits.
Taxation & Compliance:
Handle all matters related to Income Tax, TDS, GST, and ensure timely ITR filings and statutory compliance.
Audit Coordination:
Liaise with auditors and ensure timely audit completion,



including resolution of queries and observations.
Legal & Regulatory Adherence:
Ensure compliance with all financial, legal, and regulatory obligations.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
Prepare annual budgets, cash flow forecasts, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
Strategic Financial Planning:
Provide financial insights and analysis to support key business decisions and long-term planning.
Internal Controls:
Maintain and strengthen internal financial controls to safeguard the companys financial integrity.
