Key Responsibilities
Production Coordination: Seamlessly manage and optimize resources across Man, Machines, and Materials to meet daily targets.
Operational Excellence: Handle day-to-day PU Foaming and Pre-Assembly production lines to achieve plant-level goals.
KPI Management: Monitor, analyze, and improve daily KPIs, including production achievement rates, man-hours per unit, and First-Time-Right (FTR) quality metrics.
Process Mastery: Utilize and apply deep technical knowledge of PU Foaming, Pre-Assembly, and Coil Wrapping Machines.
Efficiency & 5S: Maximize the productivity of both machinery and workforce while maintaining a strict 5S workplace on the shop floor.
Waste & Cost Control: Transparent daily process rejections and implement continuous improvement initiatives to minimize the overall scrap cost per appliance.
Quality Assurance:
Verify and diligently maintain Critical to Process (CTP) and Critical to Quality (CTQ) parameters.
Data Management: Utilize SAP and MS Excel for accurate reporting, data tracking, and workflow management.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering.
Experience: 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing/production setting (experience in PU foaming or appliance assembly is highly preferred).
